Poem-in-Your-Pocket – Celebrate National Poetry Month
In celebration of National Poetry Month, Lions-on-Line (the campus literary magazine) and Writer’s Block (the creative writing renaissance group) bring you Poem-in-Your-Pocket.
We’ve hidden 21 poems throughout campus. Find at least one and bring it to Liz Mason (ADM 21) for a small prize. Find at least ten and bring them to Liz Mason for a bigger prize. Find all 21 and bring them to Liz Mason for the grand prize! Prize giveaways begin next week, April 29th.
Help us spread the pleasure of poetry throughout the rest of April. When you find a poem, take one. Read it. Read it to a friend. Share it. Get inspired and think about writing your own poem! Happy National Poetry Month!
