Biography:
Sydney M. Prochazka is Mount St. Joseph University’s Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Stepping into this role marked a return to Cincinnati for the Xavier University graduate, her husband Christopher, and their family, who previously lived in Wisconsin. Before Wisconsin, she resided in DC, where she pursued her education at The George Washington University, earning an MA in Public Policy with a concentration in Philosophy and Social Policy.
Sydney's interests in institutional advancement, community service, and philanthropy reflect her commitment to shaping and nurturing "family trees for the better and for generations to come."
Sydney currently serves on the Ten Thousand Villages Cincinnati board. Sydney previously served on the Boards of the HELP Program (Cincinnati, OH) which assists men and women who have been convicted of a felony become financially stable and contributing members of society, as well as Our Harmony Club (Racine, WI), which provides affordable social day programs for elderly members of the Racine County community who have age-related challenges.
