Biography:
Cara Dubay is the Placement Coordinator for the School of Education. She earned her Masters of Education with a focus on multicultural literature for children as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Primary Montessori Education both from Xavier University. She currently holds a Preschool and K-3 State of Ohio teaching license.
She has over 15 years of classroom experience and has been involved in the MSJ School of Education since 2015. She has fulfilled roles such as University Supervisor, Adjunct Professor, Academic Advisor, and now is in her current role as Placement Coordinator. She loves working with all of the School of Education students by helping them find fieldwork placements in a variety of settings and grades so they can experience all that education has to offer. She strongly believes in supporting students as they develop a variety of professional connections during their practicum and student teaching placements.
